Sunday brunch has always been an institution in Brussels in certain major hotels. And particularly at Steigenberger Wiltcher's, which has always been at the forefront of these often family-friendly Sunday meals. With the arrival of Michelin Star chef Kevin Lejeune, the reference hotel in this field has set its sights on reintroducing its Sunday brunches to the menu of Brussels' gourmets. Sunday brunches, which have long been withdrawn from Steigenberger Wiltcher's exceptional offer for both guests and non-guests, will make a comeback on 16 October. Whether you are a couple, a family or a group of friends, you will have the opportunity to get together in a luxurious setting and enjoy exceptional buffets and a complete menu. All of this will be branded with the star of chef Kevin Lejeune, who runs the restaurant La Canne en Ville and who will sign the entire score played from his stoves each week.
In concrete terms, every Sunday, from 12.30 to 3.30 pm. Fruit juices and coffees will be available at will, while a glass of AYALA Brut Premier Champagne will also be included in the welcome offer. On the plates, in addition to the pastries, a hot and cold buffet, seafood and an elegant cheese trolley will compete without losing the quality desired by the chef and the management of the hotel. Finally, in addition to these buffets including a vegetarian alternative, everyone will be able to choose a meat or fish dish served at the table.
This divine moment will be concluded by a masterly show cooking for dessert. This is a truly unique formula that makes this experience a real moment of exceptional and prestigious gastronomy in a convivial atmosphere.
